Ryan Reynolds apologizes to the Spice Girls for slamming them in his Netflix movie 6 Underground

Ryan Reynolds proved that, despite his 6 Underground character’s feelings, he is a big fan of the Spice Girls.

In the Netflix movie, his character tears out a car radio to stop it playing the girl group’s Wannabe in the middle of a chase.

When a fan raised the subject on Twitter, Ryan quipped in response: ‘The song was added in post production. I would NEVER interrupt the Spice Girls. Never. Especially during a car chase. That’s when I’d need them most. #6Underground.’
