Sporting a crop top and shorts, Candice’s enviable abs and sculptured pins were on full display.

The former Ironwoman placed her brunette locks into a high ponytail and wore a pair of shades to run with.

Candice had a pair of wireless AirPod earphones in, likely listening to music to help with her running pace.

On SAS Australia, Candice was put through numerous physically and mentally draining challenges.

While most celebrities are required to voluntarily withdraw (VW) from the series in order to leave, Candice was culled by the directing staff (DS) alongside Firass Dirani.

While working with Kev Toonen, from the Sydney gym 98 Riley Street, she did seven intense workouts each week, comprising three one-hour strength sessions, two one-hour runs and two two-hour walks with a weighted backpack.

And despite gaining 5kg of muscle, Candice went from an already slim size 10 to a toned and super-fit size 6.
