And as she prepared for a live broadcast on Seven News Sydney on Tuesday, the 28-year-old got the fright of her life when a car drove past and honked the horn.

Amber, who is married to former AFL player Jeremy Laidler, 30, laughed off the blooper and shared footage to Instagram of the moment she got scared on camera.

‘That scared the s**t out of me,’ Amber said in the video, while standing by a busy road in Sydney’s Mosman.

Poking fun at herself, she wrote in the caption: ‘Today we learnt I don’t scare easily… and I’m prepared to use a hand mic as a weapon.’

Amber added the hashtags #NewsBloopers and #Honk.
