‘Improvise, adapt, overcome. Don’t miss out on all those seat flavours,’ the caption read.

Viewers were shocked the man would choose to eat his meal off the seat and suggested he would have picked up some unwanted flavours in the process.

‘I don’t like putting my a** on those seats, let alone eating my fricken beef rendang off them!’ one comment read.

‘Yum yum the taste of a**,’ another person wrote.

Other Facebook users said the sighting was just another typical day on Transperth.

‘Perth trains are great. I take my kids on them every time we are in Perth. Cheaper than the zoo,’ one person quipped.

‘Definitely only a one star rating for facilities,’ another wrote.
