Sofia Richie UNFOLLOWS Amelia Hamlin after feeling ‘betrayed’ over Scott Disick romance

Sofia Richie has unfollowed pals Amelia and Delilah Hamlin and their mother Lisa Rinna in the wake of Amelia’s new relationship with her ex Scott Disick.

The 22-year-old split from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 37, in August following a three year relationship, with Scott wasting no time in moving on with 19-year-old Amelia. 

And now a source has exclusively revealed to MailOnline that Sofia feels ‘betrayed’ that ‘family friend’ Amelia has hooked up with her former boyfriend – despite the model happily dating new guy Matthew Morton.

The source said: ‘Sophia has unfollowed Lisa Rinna and the Hamlin sisters on Instagram. She feels betrayed that Amelia is now dating Scott as they were ‘family friends’.’

Sofia severing social media ties with the Hamlin comes just a month after she also unfollowed Scott and his other ex Kourtney Kardashian, 41, on Instagram.

Amelia and father-of-three Scott first fuelled dating rumours in October after they were spotted arriving to Kendall Jenner’s Halloween party together. 

They then appeared to confirm their budding romance as they packed on the PDA during a seaside Malibu stroll weeks later. 

And while Sofia doesn’t appear to be too chuffed at the new romance, it seems that Amelia’s parents Lisa and Harry Hamlin feel the same way. 

The showbiz couple are reportedly ‘worried’ about their daughter’s new romance with the reality star, because he has ‘baggage’. 

According to The Sun, the potential of their teen daughter embarking on a romance with the father-of-three has become a cause for concern. 

A source told the publication: ‘Lisa isn’t going to acknowledge this publicly for now because she’s still trying to wrap her head around it and thinks this is a phase. 

‘But when she does speak about it she’ll keep her cool but really, she’s worried… That’s her youngest kid.

‘She really does like Scott but both her and Harry don’t want someone that age with so much baggage to be with their baby girl, especially given Amelia’s own mental health issues.’

MailOnline contacted representatives for Lisa, Harry and Amelia for comment at the time.

The claims come just days after it was reported that Lisa and Harry are hoping their daughter’s fledgling romance is ‘just a phase’ according to E! News sources.

Reality TV star Lisa, 57, and her actor husband, 69, are said to have preferred daughter Amelia’s ex Mercer Wiederhorn over Disick, claimed one source.

‘Harry and Lisa were sad to see Amelia and Mercer split because they loved Mercer,’ a source shared with E!. ‘He was like family, but they understand.’

Scott has been seen stepping out with Amelia just two months after his split from Sofia. 

While Sofia was 15-years younger than Scott, there is an 18-year age difference between Scott and Amelia. Sofia was also 19 when they first started dating.

Over the two months since his split with Sofia, Scott has also been seen out and about with other women.

He was spotted on dates with models Bella Banos and Megan Blake Irwin, while also spotted hanging out with his ex Kourtney Kardashian.

Kourtney and Scott, who ended their decade long romance in 2015, have three children together, sons Mason, 10, and Reign, five, and daughter Penelope, eight.

Meanwhile, Sofia has been seen with new beau Matthew Morton, 27, for the past month.

The couple were most recently spotted earlier this month when they enjoyed a cozy lunch date along with other pals in Beverly Hills.

Matthew, who happens to be the son of Planet Hollywood restaurateur Peter Morton, is an entrepreneur and the founder of Cha Cha Matcha.

A source told Us Weekly: ‘Matt and Sofia are totally a thing, and he’s really excited about it. They both run in the same circle and have known each other. So, it’s easy and fun for both of them. Sofia’s family approves of him, which is super nice for her.’
