Square up to spring: FEMAIL picks out the best of the new style for embracing the seasonal trend

  • Emily Monckton picked out a selection of this season’s best square print items
  • The trend features in luxury collections by Mary Katrantzou and Marni
  • Emily took inspiration from Anna Wintour and Pippa Middleton

Dressing square never looked so chic. Wave goodbye to the whimsical swirls of autumn and welcome the geometric prints that are going to dominate your spring wardrobe.

From Mary Katrantzou’s hexagon-adorned dresses, to Marni’s structural earrings, catwalks have been saturated with the Sixties-inspired pattern.

Filtering down to the High Street, J. Crew and Essentiel Antwerp took the lead.

Team a bold blouse with a pair of white culottes. Or, for the more adventurous, experiment with a silk neckerchief.
