She announced her shock split from husband of seven years, Tom Ward, last month.

And on Wednesday, Studio 10 host Sarah Harris, 39, debuted a chic new look on Instagram.

The Channel Ten star showed off a straight blunt bob with a centre part and lighter blonde tresses, a change to her signature shoulder length tousled locks.

‘The bob’s back and I’m wearing a boiler suit to celebrate. Fresh chop (and colour),’ Sarah wrote in the post’s caption, tagging her hairstylist and wardrobe team.

In the close-up selfie, the journalist donned a white boiler suit by Shona Joy, retailing for $340, and accessorised with delicate jewels.

Her makeup was ultra glamorous, consisting of bold brows, false lashes, a soft peach eyeshadow, a touch of blush and a glossy pink lip.

Sarah’s fans were quick to comment with the likes of ‘stunning’ and ‘beautiful’.

Last month, Sarah announced her split from husband Tom in a statement to The Sydney Morning Herald’s Private Sydney, saying the duo were ‘taking time apart’ but remain ‘good friends and deeply committed to co-parenting’ their two boys.

Sarah hasn’t given a reason for the duo’s break-up, but tellingly the IT specialist hasn’t appeared on her public Instagram page for over a year.

At the time of their wedding, which took place around five years after they first started dating, Sarah gushed about Tom to The Daily Telegraph.

‘I am so excited to celebrate my love for my best mate Tom,’ Sarah said.

She added: ‘He is just such a beautiful, beautiful soul and I am so lucky to have him.’
