‘I’m pregnant, let me go you rat’: Frenzied Woolworths customer accused of stealing hurls abuse at staff while shaking her trolley as Christmas carols softly play in the background

Terrifying footage has captured the moment a frenzied Woolworth customer began screaming at staff and security.
The confrontation was captured inside Corio Village shopping centre in Geelong, southwest of Melbourne, and shared to TikTok on Saturday.
A woman, suspected of stealing goods, unleashed a barrage of abuse at the staff as Jingle Bell Rock softly played in the background of the clip.

The shopper tried to rip her full trolley away from a security guard at the self- serve checkout area as another staff member asked her to ‘show us your bags’.
‘Let me go. I’m f*****g pregnant, let me go you stupid rat,’ she screamed.
The supermarket staff member, wearing a mask and a high-vis vest, tried to reason with the shopper and explained they had caught her on camera.
‘Move. I don’t give a f***ing s*** let me go,’ she continued to scream.
The Woolworths staff member proceeded to make a phone call while the security guard kept encouraging the customer to show them her items.
She continued to yell and rammed her shopping trolley into the man.
‘F*** off you f***ing rat,’ she screamed.
‘Let me go I swear to god… I’ll pay for this… let me f***ing go.’
It is understood the woman (pictured above) had been caught stealing and violently screamed at a staff member and security guard when they asked to see her shopping bags
The shopper eventually barged out of the store and could be heard screaming through the shopping centre.
Shocked customers stared at the screaming woman throughout the confrontation, with one young mum even covering her baby’s ears.
Viewers praised the staff members for handling the situation in a calm manner.
‘That poor security guard ain’t getting paid enough,’ one user wrote.
‘They do not get paid enough for that,’ said another.
A Woolworths spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia the customer had been banned from the store after the incident.
‘The safety and wellbeing of our team members at Woolworths Corio Village is our priority and we will not accept customer abuse in any circumstances,’ she said.
‘This customer is banned from the store, as we do not tolerate threatening and abusive behaviour towards the community and our team members.
‘We have a range of policies and processes in place to manage disruptive customers.’
