The Football Association are hatching a plan to combat the boo-boys ahead of Sunday’s Euros opener against Croatia at Wembley.
England’s two pre-tournament friendlies, both held at Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium, have been marred by jeers from supporters at players taking the knee before kick-off.
And there is an acknowledgement at the FA that there is likely to be a repeat of those scenes when Gareth Southgate’s side begin their Euro 2020 campaign against Croatia.

But the governing body are working behind the scenes to avoid further dissent from fans.
Sportsmail has learned that the FA plan to release a video message which will be aired before and during the tournament. The video will emphasise the fight for equality and unity and will also cover social media abuse.
Senior figures at the FA are also set to speak publicly about the issue in the coming days.
Using the public address system at Wembley to project messages around equality is also being considered.
The FA have held talks with fan groups ahead of the Euros but there is an acknowledgement that their hands are tied over reprimanding booing fans.
Despite its potentially discriminatory undertones, the act of booing players taking the knee is not an offence, leaving it difficult for the FA to take action against supporters.
