The good and bad sides of coffee

Recent research has shown that consuming coffee immediately in the morning, once you are awake, is not good for your health. In other words, if you consume coffee in the morning, in an empty stomach, you will achieve the opposite effect than you would like to achieve, that is, to be more sober the rest of the day.

One of the things that controls our internal clock is the hormone called cortisol, which keeps us awake. But you should know, however, that choriolol is associated with stress and that over-consumption at the peak of action is very harmful or even dangerous to our health.

In the early morning period, ie from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, and from the time period from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, the cortisol level naturally drops and needs a stimulant to shape of coffee.

Naturally the highest cortisol level in humans is: from 8am to 9am, from noon to 1pm, as well as from 5.30pm to 6pm.
