This is the moment a woman pretended to help a heavily intoxicated stranger and then snatched his $10,000 Rolex watch. 

The thief was caught on the man’s home CCTV footage as she help him down the stairs to his Staten Island apartment in New York City last month.

The woman met the drunk man at about 4.30am near Pinewood Avenue and Wilder Avenue in Richmond on October 24, according to police.

Video footage of the incident shows her helping the man, who could barely stand, down the stairs to his home as he leaned heavily on her.

When he reached the bottom step, he sat down and the woman turned her back to the camera. 

She appears to fiddle around with a flashlight before she brazenly undos the luxury Rolex Submariner watch, worth about $10,000, from his wrist and pockets it.

The Rolex thief did not enter the drunk man’s apartment but instead she fled the scene, police sources said.

Police released the footage in an attempt to identify the woman, who was still being sought by police on November 9.
