Kristin Cavallari dished about her secret romance with an MTV cameraman on Thursday’s episode of Very Cavallari which featured a reunion of The Hills stars.
The 33-year-old reality star welcomed her former co-stars Heidi Montag, 33, and Audrina Patridge, 34, from the MTV reality show to Nashville during the season three episode titled Just Like The Old Days.
After a night out with Heidi and Audrina, Kristin reminisced about their time on The Hills – the hit show which ran for six seasons from 2006 to 2010.

She spoke about keeping in touch with ‘both Alexes’, referencing Alex Murrel and Alex Hooser, as well as Stephen Colletti, 34, and Brody Jenner, 36.
She said: ‘I talk to Brody here and there. I mean, not a lot, but yeah we’ve kept in touch for sure.
‘You guys were always such good friends even despite breaking up,’ Audrina continued.
‘We dated when I was 18 and then when I came on The Hills, we didn’t actually date, obviously. And we were able to be friends and hang out. Yeah, we’ve kept in touch a little bit,’ Kristin said.

Kristin loaded up her fork with salad and then asked her friends, ‘Do you remember when I dated Miguel the cameraman on The Hills?’
‘No, I didn’t even know this,’ Heidi proclaimed.
‘We dated for a few months and nobody knew. And I was dating Brody on the show and meanwhile, Miguel, was like filming it,’ Kristin said referencing cameraman Miguel Medina as the trio erupted in laughter.

‘That’s so awkward,’ Heidi said.
‘We went to Canada and paparazzi got us at the airport a week before we wrapped the show. …That’s how we got caught. I was like, ”We have one more week, you wouldn’t even know. We were so professional”,’ Kristin told her friends.
The Uncommon James founder, who married former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, 36, in 2013, further admitted to the hush-hush relationship in a confessional.

‘I dated a cameraman. Yeah. Sure did. Nobody knew because I’m a professional and we kept it under wraps, but it was fun. And I don’t have a lot to say,’ Kristin said giggling.
Before their night out in Nashville, Audrina and Kristin recalled how The Hills producers were setting them up for a love triangle with Justin ‘Justin-Bobby’ Brescia, 37.
‘You and I talked before and we were like, ”Ok. We know that they want us to fight over Justin.” And we were like, ”Screw that! We are not gonna do that”,’ Kristin remembered.
Sure did: Kristin confirmed in a confessional that she dated the cameraman and appeared to have rather happy memories of that time
‘The next thing I know I’m like, ”What? We’re fighting?…Ok! It’s gonna be like that”,’ Kristin said referencing an infamous pool party fight.
Kristin then brought up her housewarming party where Heidi appeared after having 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day.
‘That was when you came in post-surgery and we were like, ”Oh my god, Heidi, you look amazing!”,’ Kristin said.

‘Like, ”What? I can’t hear you! I can’t talk! I’m plastic and fantastic”,’ Heidi quipped.
‘I almost died. That doctor had me fully over committed. They should put me on Botched,’ she added.
Kristin and Heidi protested and Heidi said she could serve as a consultant on the show about botched plastic surgery operations.

‘It’s a wild world we live in,’ Audrina said.
Kristin welcomed Heidi and Audrina to Nashville after a photoshoot in Mexico for Uncommon James reminded her of former best friend Kelly Henderson.
‘Audrina, Heidi and I have so much in common. Not only do we have this bond for life from being on these shows together, but we’ve been through a lot of the same stuff,’ said Kristin who has three children with Jay.

‘You know, people using you or people being in your life for the wrong reasons and so I’m just really thankful that I still have them in my life,’ she added.
Heidi was away from her two-year-old son Gunner for the first time and Audrina praised her marriage to Spencer Pratt, 36.
‘They’re so solid. All the drama and all the stuff that’s thrown at you during filming and not filming and the press, they have stuck it out,’ she said of the Speidi couple.

Kristin was credited with introducing them and Heidi claimed she was smitten at first sight with Spencer.
Audrina and Heidi empathized with Kristin who told them that Kelly ‘completely changed’ over the show and became more interested about gaining followers on Instagram.
‘It kills me. This is why I don’t let people in,’ Kristin said.

Kristin and Heidi compared notes over losing best friends in reference to Heidi’s feud with former The Hills co-star Lauren Conrad, 34, as they indulged in some drinks.
‘She turned on me,’ Heidi said of Lauren. ‘And she said, ”Alright, if we’re not friends, you’re off the show”. She’s like, ”I don’t like Spencer, if you keep dating him then you’re off the show”.’
‘And I said, ”Then I’m off the show”,’ recalled Heidi who went on to marry Spencer Pratt and have son Gunner with him.

‘Oh my god, that’s right. She wanted you to choose between the two of them,’ Kristin said.
‘But it’s hard when you lose your best friend. That is such a deep wound,’ Heidi added.
Lauren left the MTV reality series The Hills halfway through the fifth season and was replaced by Kristin, who previously starred in MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.

Kristin denied claims that she was fabricating drama about Kelly for a show storyline and said if it were true, ‘I better win a f***ing Emmy’.
She received a bit of validation when Audrina after their night out said a man approached while she was still partying with Heidi.
‘This guy came up to me, he was like, ”We have someone in common. My best friend is Kelly and Kristin is a b****”,’ she told Kristin.

‘So I was like, ”You know, if you think Kristin’s a b****, at least she’s black or white,’ Audrina recalled. ‘There’s no grey, Kristin’s very straightforward. You know exactly where she stands and that’s respectable.’
Audrina said the guy then admitted of being similarly treated by Kelly and Kristin said she felt ‘validated’.
The one-hour E! show also showed Uncommon James employee Brittainy Taylor and fitness trainer PJ becoming an exclusive couple following her recent breakup with Jon Stone.
Kristin’s friend Justin and his boyfriend Scoot also hosted their first dinner at their new Nashville house, but Justin informed Scoot’s mother Deena that he wasn’t planning on proposing right now.
