Want to look like a Victoria’s Secret model? Georgia Fowler reveals her top tips and tricks

She’s got one of the best figures around being a Victoria’s Secret model. 

And on Tuesday, Georgia Fowler revealed her top tips and tricks for staying in shape and revealed how she feels most confident in herself. 

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at the G.H. Mumm Champagne Melbourne Cup Day event in Sydney, Georgia said that she tries to be healthy all year round and exercises to ‘feel strong and positive.’ 

She added that while she mixes up her exercise routine, she often enjoys going to classes to keep her motivated.  

‘I don’t think it should ever be leading into any month, I think we should just be healthy all year round,’ Georgia said. 

‘Exercise to make yourself feel strong and positive. Do it for your mind.’

She added that she ‘listens to her body’ when it comes to exercise. 

‘I mix it up all the time and listen to my body. I love doing classes, it helps motivate me when everyone else is motivated and keeps it interesting and fun.’

Georgia, who hails from New Zealand, has spent the past few months in Australia due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

But the stunner told Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday about how she’s enjoyed a bit of a break from her usually hectic schedule.   

‘It was a challenge at first, but I’ve had the best year, my sister lives here with her kids, my boyfriend’s here and it has been good to reset,’ Georgia explained. 

‘The schedule was absolutely crazy before and I’m always so driven and wanting to keep on working as hard as I could so it would have always been very hard to take a step away, so it’s been a nice break.’

The brunette beauty added that being able to dress up for the races was rather exciting, after laying low during the coronavirus pandemic. 

‘It’s very different being than being in Melbourne for an actual race,’ Georgia said. 

‘It has been such a long time since we’ve worn a pair of heels, but I think everyone is ready for it and the country is doing well.’
