- Some ignored antics while others were amused
Commuters on a packed train have been treated to a bizarre performance by a fellow passenger, sparking bewilderment and confusion.
Footage has emerged of the baffling incident filmed while travelling on the T1 line in western Sydney which was later uploaded to Reddit.
The now-viral clip begins with a woman wearing headphones jumping around and dancing in her seat without a care in the world.
She repeatedly turns to commuters sitting directly behind and in front of her who ignore her, despite the woman waving her arms and leaning over her seat at them.
One woman treated commuters to her rendition of a popular hip hop song
The woman then tries to grab their attention by calling them ‘NPC’s’ or non-playable characters, an online term that refers to people who do not think for themselves or make their own decisions.
‘NPCs have nice outfits don’t they?’ she says to the passengers behind her.
One bemused passenger is seen leaving their seat moments later.
Another commuter metres away also appears oblivious to the commotion around him while watching robot combat series BattleBots on his phone.
The woman then starts singing the lyrics to 2010 chart-topper ‘Like a G6’ by Far East Movement and The Cataracs.
‘Like a G6, like a G6,’ she chants.
‘Now I’m feelin’ so fly like a G6. Like a G6, like a G6.’
She then adds: ‘You little NPCs look nice in your work outfits.
Fellow commuters can be heard laughing.
‘F*****g weird,’ a man can be heard in the background.

‘Cringey but not the worst I have seen on our Sydney trains LOL,’ one viewer commented.
Another added: ‘This is a lot better than people getting assaulted or verbally abused at so this is nothing to be concerned about LOL.’

Others didn’t understand what the fuss was about and said they’d seen much worse.
‘I kept expecting something worse to happen as the video went on but nothing happened. she’s having harmless fun, who cares,’ one wrote.
Another wrote: ‘It’s positive at least. She’s clearly having a good time and not too loud.’
The video prompted others to share their own bizarre public transport stories, including a homeless man’s ‘really good’ rendition of Coolio’s Gangsters Paradise.
