The woman allegedly struck a private security officer with a metal pipe and the guard’s injuries remain unknown, police sources told the outlet.

TMZ reported that woman was detained by police before she was able to step foot on Drake’s sprawling estate and that he was home at the time of the incident.

The outlet contested the report in The Toronto Sun and claimed that its sources said that the woman was not carrying a knife and a guard was not hit with a pipe.

In 2019, CTV News reported that Drake had been granted an exemption to Toronto bylaws which allowed him to build extra high fences around the sprawling Bridal Path property.

Drake was granted special permission to build his fences at twice the height allowed, according to the outlet.

‘Everyone knows where he sleeps and where he eats and that has really freaked him out,’ Drake representative Brad Rafauli said at the time.

‘The attempts of getting into this property is daily and nightly.’

Drake’s mansion sits on a two-acre lot and boasts about 35,000 square feet with two saunas, a massage room, a screening room and a full-sized indoor basketball court.

In 2017, a fan broke into his $7.7 million Hidden Hills home in Southern California and was found wearing a hooded top owned by Drake in one of the home’s six bedrooms.

That fan, who insisted she had permission to enter the gated home, claimed she only helped herself to the rapper’s assortment of chilled soft drinks and mineral water.

LAPD officers were called and the 24-year-old woman was arrested and charged with a felony burglary.

Drake reportedly had his lawyer contact the Los Angeles County District Attorney and ‘make it clear he will not cooperate in any prosecution’ of the woman, TMZ reported at the time.
