A woman was left ‘traumatised’ after her friend’s sixth sense lead to an extremely ‘creepy’ discovery at an Airbnb.
Kennedy, 26, was staying at a hired house for her friend’s 30th birthday with 14 other women.
The group was enjoying their time away from the stress of work and life when one woman suddenly felt a prickling at the back of her neck.
She told her friends she felt like there were cameras in the house – but the rest of them shrugged her off.
Kennedy was shocked when the woman found a hidden camera inside an electrical outlet in the bathroom which was pointed directly at the shower.

‘We told her she watched too much TikTok and was being melodramatic,’ the 26-year-old recalled.
‘She looked in like every single shower head, all the picture frames, door knobs everywhere in the house for a camera,’ Kennedy said. ‘And she found one in the bathroom.’
The concealed device was in one of the power points on the bathroom wall.
The group had been at the Airbnb in Canada for almost two days at that point and they had spent a lot of time showering and undressing in the bathroom.
‘So first of all, this outlet did not work, you couldn’t plug anything into it,’ Kennedy explained.
She said that the top section of the outlet looked perfectly normal, however the bottom contained a tiny camera that could have been easily overlooked.
The women ‘freaked out’ and immediately called the local police department who then searched the house for any other recording devices.
The police opened an investigation into the case and scheduled an interview with the property owners.
Kennedy concluded: ‘So the moral of the story is always check your outlets for cameras at your Airbnb and always listen to your super paranoid friends.’

Thousands were appalled by the ‘disgusting’ behaviour exhibited by the Airbnb hosts.
‘This is my worst nightmare – absolutely terrifying,’ a woman wrote.
‘You need to sue them for violation of privacy and press charges – that is a crime!’ another said.
A third declared: ‘Definitely never staying in an Airbnb again, you can’t trust anyone.’
