Amanda Holden has revealed she stripped off and jumped on her child’s trampoline naked after being dared to by her husband Chris Hughes.
Speaking on Heart Breakfast with her co-host Jamie Theakston, Amanda, 49, admitted she threw caution to the wind as the pair discussed how people are reportedly spending a lot of their time naked while in lockdown.
Amanda said: ‘Shall I tell you what I did yesterday? This is no word of a lie. I did do it because my husband Christopher dared me. I was in a bikini, I whipped it off and I jumped on my child’s trampoline, totally naked.

‘That’s what I’m challenging people to do today. If you’ve got a trampoline, strip off and have a bounce.’
Amanda added that nudity is not a big deal for her and recalled when her daughter Hollie, eight, appeared on Heart FM with her and revealed that her mother likes to walk around their house naked.
She said: ‘If you remember when my little girl Hollie was on the show, she told the nation how mummy likes to walk around naked round the house.
‘For me, it’s not an unusual thing. For a lot of families, we’ve got beautiful weather, it makes sense. If nothing else, it saves on the washing. All the old rules are out the window.’

Amanda read out a list to Jamie of some of the activities people are reportedly doing in the buff amid the ongoing coronavirus lockdown.
She said: ‘On May 2nd, this is something I think you and I should get behind, it is World Naked Gardening Day. I’m thinking, lets get out our hoses and plant some seeds.’
It comes after Amanda let her hair down in the garden with her two daughters, Alexa, 14, (Lexi) and Hollie on Wednesday afternoon.
The radio host stood on her lawn as the family filmed themselves doing a dance routine together in their back garden – with Lexi standing on the roof.
Amanda said: ‘I did do it because my husband Christopher dared me. I was in a bikini, I whipped it off and I jumped on my child’s trampoline, totally naked’
The short video also showcased Amanda’s sprawling modern home, which her eldest Alexa had managed to get onto the roof of to join in the routine.
However Amanda was quick to assure her followers that the roof was very safe and her daughter was in no danger while dancing up there.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge made the most of the good weather and was rocking a pair of white shorts with a black T-shirt in the clip.
Amanda gushed the sweet video had already gone viral on Tik Tok in the caption of the post, while revealing it had been filmed by her husband Chris.

It comes just days after Amanda shared a hilarious ‘makeup tutorial’ with her followers on Sunday night using Lexi’s hands as her own.

Fans may have been expecting Amanda to reveal her beauty secrets, instead her daughter applied her mum’s makeup with her own hands while hidden behind her.
She wore sleeves which matched the paisley print of Amanda’s robe, therefore created an optical illusion and hilarious results.

Sat with her blonde tresses pulled back into a bun, the mum-of-two looked fresh faced and naturally gorgeous and began her video: ‘Hi my name is Amanda Holden. For a long time now people have asked me whether I will do a makeup tutorial.’

She continued: ‘Obviously, I wear makeup every day for Heart radio, yes it’s a radio show but we are filmed and Britain’s Got Talent is on every week and I think I’ve learned from the best.’
Whist speaking into the camera, Amanda visibly tried to stifle her giggles while Lexi used her hands to gesture and smooth down her hair.
She continued: ‘So I am going to share some tips and hopefully you will learn something.
‘First I like a foundation, I like an SPF of 50 to keep sun off my face yes I like sunbathing but I do like to keep the sun off my face.’
Laughing: Once finished, she put down the foundation and picked up a blusher palette with Amanda sharing ‘but that’s beautifully done, really nice, lovely’
Lexi struggled with opening the lid with her mum instructing: ‘Oh this is a bit difficult I need to squish this one down.’
Her daughter then squeezed some foundation into her palm and began rubbing it all over Amanda’s face.
She said: ‘I like to apply this gently with just my fingertips on the cheek area, this keeps me feeling young and fresh.
‘Then all over my lips and other cheek, that’s another really good tip as it camouflages your mouth.’

Amanda could barley contain her giggles as Lexi rubbed the makeup all over her face, she continued: ‘Then your head.
‘I’ve got quite a big forehead so sometimes to make it look smaller it’s good to apply a thick layer of foundation to give it some shrink value.’
Once finished, she put down the foundation and picked up a blusher palette with Amanda sharing: ‘But that’s beautifully done, really nice, lovely.
Lexi picked up a red lipstick and Amanda said: ‘Then a beautiful red lipstick I’m a massive fan of Picasso the artist, I love that abstract touch.’
Lexi rubbed the lipstick all over Amanda’s lips causing her to have red streaks across her face, however she still looked gorgeous despite her unusual makeup.
