  • Latest inventions include sponge glasses that mop your tears and Sleep Snorkel

The world is full of good inventions… but these aren’t them.

Matt Benedetto, from Burlington, Vermont, has turned his talents to coming up with ridiculous objects that no one wants – or would ever use.

He describes the tools as solutions for ‘problems that don’t exist’ and things nobody needs.

His latest batch of creation, shared on Bored Panda, includes a giant Airpod, and glasses made of sponge that absorb your tears.

He has also created a soup spoon with holes and a sleep snorkel to help you sleep through your pillow.
