The drug-dealing ex-boyfriend of Bachelor star Kirralee ‘Kiki’ Morris has been banned from using Instagram after allegedly threatening to post intimate photos of a woman online.

Sydney influencer Lucas Azzopardi was charged with threatening to distribute an intimate image after allegedly sharing a heated text message exchange with the woman.

The woman allegedly told the Bondi café owner ‘you’re an idiot’ after he put the threat in writing.

Azzopardi, who owns NU Healthy Cafe in Bondi, appeared before Waverley Court last week where he was given bail under the condition he stops using social media.

However the owner of NU Healthy Café was back behind bars on Friday after he breached his bail conditions by posting a photo of himself on Instagram, The Daily Telegraph reported

Azzopardi’s lawyer, Ahmed Dib, who appeared at Parramatta Court on his behalf over the weekend, argued his client needed to use the social media platform to promote his business.

‘He runs a nutrition café and uses social media to post pictures of the business and customers,’ he told Magistrate Darryl Pearce.

‘He also has a public, personal profile which he makes money from.’

Azzopardi’s Instagram page features paid advertisements and product endorsements which he spruiks to his 13,000 followers.

His lawyer asked that Azzopardi be banned from all other social media platforms except Instagram – a request Magistrate Pearce refused.

‘I’m against you on that,’ Magistrate Pearce said.

The Sydney influencer, who has dated the former 2016 Bachelor star, was convicted of drug charges and slapped with a $2,200 fine last January.

Azzopardi was given a two-year community corrections order after he was convicted of supplying more than 400 individual amounts of testosterone.

At the time, Morris told Daily Mail Australia she was very happy to have finally met such an ‘intelligent’ man.

‘He’s very intelligent, very business-orientated and a very big secret,’ she said.

On Saturday, Azzopardi was released from the cells at Surry Hills Police Station following his hearing.

Under bail conditions he is not allowed to use any social media platform or encrypted messaging service.

He is also banned from contacting the woman who he allegedly threatened.
