The Gogglebox star revealed that she once medicated with booze to cope back in 2011.

Angie spoke to WHO magazine about her struggles in January last year.

She continued: ‘When it came to having a day off, I would binge drink like a mad woman, and ultimately managed to start a fight with all my nearest and dearest.

‘[This was] because my subconscious was wanting me to vent one way or another, after trying to be to so damn perfect, kind, giving [and] always there to solve everyone’s problems, day in, day out.

‘So there is lesson No. 1. Numbing your pain with booze isn’t the answer.’
