In July last year, Bonnie pleaded guilty to failing to inform authorities her then-partner Matt Arnautovic was driving her car when he sped away from police in 2017.

She fronted Melbourne’s Ringwood Magistrates Court in July after a warrant was issued for her arrest in January.

Her lawyer Rainer Martini said his client had shown ‘misguided loyalty’ in covering up for her troubled then-boyfriend.

‘At the end of the day it was a misguided relationship,’ he told the court.
