Appreciate It has gotten this year’s Cheltenham Festival up and running with a dominant victory in the Sky Bet Supreme Novices’ Hurdle in this week’s curtain raiser. 

There may be no spectators at the eerily quiet race course but the Paul Townend-ridden bookies’ favourite ensure there’d be no hiccups in the opening race of the Festival. 

Appreciate It’s victory extends trainer Willie Mullins’ dominance in this race, having won four of the last eight runnings before Tuesday’s win.
