They’re the celebrity golden couple who tied the knot back in 2010.

But Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky are still as loved-up as ever almost a decade on, with the Thor actor paying tribute to his stunning wife on Valentines Day this week.

On Saturday morning, Chris, 36, shared a heartwarming set of rare photos of the couple, as they cuddled up in the kitchen of their $20million Byron Bay mansion.

In the photos, Elsa, 43, was seen gazing at the camera as Chris playfully pretended to bite her head in the background.

In another, the duo stared ahead while Liam Hemsworth’s older sibling planted a sweet kiss upon the model’s cheek.

‘Happy V-Day,’ Chris wrote alongside the photo, which showed that the duo were playing a game of cards on the kitchen counter.

The happy couple’s love story is one to be envied, after meeting in early 2010 and tying the knot over the Christmas holidays that same year.

They currently reside in Byron Bay with their three children – daughter India Rose, seven, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, five.

Recently, Elsa opened up about her perfect life Down Under as she covered February’s issue of Vogue Australia.

Discussing the family’s move to the gorgeous coastal town in 2014, Elsa said: ‘I feel Hollywood consumes you in such a way that it feels like work all the time.

‘I think when you’re in it you don’t even realise but when you get out, it changes everything.’

Elsa said that she had always dreamed of raising her children in nature, and admits that she had to compromise her passion for acting to fulfill her dream.

‘But I changed my life to be a mum, which I think is just the most amazing thing in the world… I wanted to pick my kids up, I wanted to take them to school, I wanted to be part of the school and be involved in what they do,’ she said.
