‘It’s been the most joy-filled year’: Axed radio star Em Rusciano, 40, celebrates baby son’s first birthday with a series of heartwarming photos
Em Rusciano welcomed her adorable baby son, Elio Arthur Rusciano-Barrow, in 2019.
And on Saturday, the former radio star celebrated her bundle of joy’s first birthday.
Taking to Instagram, the doting mother, 40, shared an adorable series of photos from ‘the most joy filled year’ with her little boy.

‘We did it, the first year is complete and it’s been the most joy filled year I can remember,’ she began in the caption.
‘I must admit I miss my little non hair yanking, non stair climbing, non switch obsessed newborn because toddlers are fearless savages,’ she joked.
Em added: ‘I’m excited and terrified for the year ahead. What a gift Elio has been to our family, Happy birthday my heart, thank goodness you came along.’

Em and her husband Scott Barrow have been documenting life with Elio since welcoming him into their lives last year.
And Em’s series of photographs show the journey that she’s been on with her little man since first stepping into the the hospital to give birth.
Shortly after giving birth, Em shared a photo of the newborn, along with the caption: ‘He’s here! Elio Arthur Rusciano-Barrow. 3.5kg, totally gorgeous and practically perfect in every way.’
The Melbourne-based star joyfully said at the time: ‘Our hearts are bursting, he’s just magic!’

Husband Scott was by her side during the delivery, and was seen in another picture wearing blue hospital scrubs and a pair of pink Birkenstocks.
It’s not the first child for Em and Scott – they already share two daughters, Marchella, 17, and Odette, 11.
