This is the hilarious moment a fearless pet chases a black bear out of its family’s yard and back into the woods.
Jersey, the Jack Russell, is captured in the footage standing his ground against the bear in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.
The terrier chases the animal back into the woods, even causing it to stumble in its rush to escape.

His wife Marissa asks ‘is Jersey going to be okay? He’s not moving’ as the small dog lies in wait at the foot of the tree.
As the bear gingerly climbs down, the family pet starts barking furiously at the startled animal.
