Former Married At First Sight star Seb Guilhaus delivers a motivational message with his shirt off

Former Married At First Sight star Seb Guilhaus announced his split from Elizabeth Sobinoff in January, and it appears he’s already showing her what she’s missing.

On Monday, the 31-year-old shared a cheeky post-workout photo to his Instagram, and offered motivational advice for 2021. 

‘It may not seem like it yet, but it’s going to be “a good year,”‘ the personal trainer captioned a picture of himself alongside a giant tyre. 

Seb then went on to share some health tips.

‘Try to limit your screen exposure and no stimulants after maybe 12pm or 1pm in the day,’ he wrote.

Seb’s enthusiasm comes less than 24 hours after his ex-girlfriend, Lizzie, 32, shared a raw Instagram post, letting fans know she’s been emotional of late.   

On Monday, the 29-year-old star claimed she was struggling to ‘express the pain’ she’s been in.  

‘I’ve cried so much lately. Even randomly when keeping busy. I’m trying to take care of myself but omg this is hard,’ she admitted. 

‘Last Tuesday I had to be in Sydney and I packed everything and even sat in the car but freaked out and went back inside.   

She added: ‘Some moments I can manage and you might not even know how sad I am… Life is a b***h sometimes!!’

Elizabeth also thanked the ‘amazing people’ who have supported her through the breakup. 

‘I have had such amazing people come take me out and bring a smile to my face, the people who have made me laugh and shared their stories and what they have, or still currently, going through…’ she added. 

‘To all the people I have constantly messaged lately asking for advice or just letting me express, oh you have no idea how much I thank you for that. I know I’m a broken record and annoying but omg the biggest thank you!’ 

Seb and Lizzie confirmed their break up on January 11, after almost a year of dating. 

The couple, who met on last year’s season of Married At First Sight, made the shock announcement with a carefully worded statement on their respective Instagrams.

‘We have mutually decided to end our relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. We want to thank everyone for the endless support we have received on our platforms,’ they announced. 

‘Please be kind and respectful. We are aware you have followed parts of our journey, but please remember we are real people, and we are both navigating our way through this time to the best of our abilities. 

‘Naturally we are both aware there will be countless rumours and so on. Again, we are both navigating our way through this time so please be respectful… 

‘It is still fresh for us both, we just know there has been some curiosity as we have shared parts of our relationship online and we met on national television.

‘We are both respectful of each other and are still involved in each other’s lives. We both have cherished each other and have grown together.’
