Emma is the first female Wiggle. She joined the children’s band in 2010 by performing as Fairy Larissa and a bunch of other characters, before officially becoming a member in May 2012.

Last month, Emma made headlines when it was revealed that she and ex-husband Lachlan Gillespie, 34, who is the purple Wiggle, made the unusual decision to isolate together during the coronavirus pandemic.

Emma told the Australian Women’s Weekly that she and Lachlan joined bandmates Anthony Field and Simon Pryce during the health crisis so they could continue to record at their Sydney studio.

They married in a stunning ceremony in Bowral in 2016, but announced their shock split in 2018.
