Gwyneth Paltrow ditches the makeup and chows down on homemade pasta with Brad Falchuk

Gwyneth Paltrow ditches the makeup as she chows down on homemade pasta during relaxing night in with pajama-clad husband Brad Falchuk

She’s the face of her luxury health and wellness brand, Goop.

But Gwyneth Paltrow enjoyed a night off from her detoxifying lifestyle to indulge in a bowl of rich, homemade pasta with her husband Brad Falchuk on Thursday.

The actress, 47, went makeup-free as she ended her day cooking Rachael Ray’s Linguine con Vongole recipe, which she posted all on her Instagram stories.

‘I’ve never done it with vermouth before,’ Gwyneth remarked as she began stirring the warm pot full of ingredients while chatting with her sweatpants-clad husband.

‘It smells good,’ she mused.

‘This is looking very delicious,’ she said as she consulted Rachael’s cookbook.

Once the dish was done, Gwyneth presented the delicious-looking bowl of clam-topped pasta to her husband, who gave the thumb’s up.

The dish was obviously a hit.

‘I love you Rachael,’ Gwyneth remarked after trying a bite of the pasta.

The relaxing night in was definitely a well-deserved one for Gwyneth, who has been busy promoting her new Netflix series, The Goop Lap.

The six episode series premieres on the streaming service January 24, 2020, and follows Gwyneth and her Goop colleagues exploring everything from psychedelic mushrooms to energy healing.

Gwyneth has been no stranger to controversy ever since launching the lifestyle brand back in 2008.

The actress definitely got people talking when she advised readers to purchase vaginal jade eggs and a $15,000 24k gold vibrator.

And Goop was at it again after releasing the ‘This Smells Like My Vagina’ candle on their website this past month.

The $75 candles have since sold out.

Gwyneth recently joked she named the candle while high on mushrooms.

‘I smelled this beautiful thing and I said, ”This smells like my vagina”. I was kidding. We were on mushrooms,’ she said on Late Night With Seth Meyers
