The eco-friendly home took three years to build before finishing construction in 2019 with a $24million price tag.

Mr Skigin’s house, known as ‘Domic’ took out the Garden Award at the Australian Institute of Landscape Architecture Queensland in June this year.

The dome-shaped house looks over the ocean while its backyard leads to Noosa’s spectacular National Park.

Those lucky enough to unwind in the $12,570 a night property will also be waited on by a team of private chefs and nannies.

Guests can take advantage of a cinema room and events room as well as a firepit, gym and even a day spa.

Sitting on nearly one hectare of land, the house holds solar panels and its own water storage system.

Privacy is another big factor for the home with guests guaranteed an entirely secluded getaway.

Sue Willis, who is managing the property on behalf of Niche Luxury Accommodation said three bookings have already been made over the holiday season.

A lot of interest has also come from Hollywood executives looking to set up actors in a secluded yet luxurious house while filming.

‘They are largely very, very wealthy Australians who would normally spend that kind of money overseas, but are literally saying to their agents; ‘find us something that parallels a superyacht on the Mediterranean’,’ Ms Willis told the Courier Mail.

‘They’re the kind of people who would normally drop $50,000 a night on a superyacht. To us, it’s ridiculous, but to them, $100,000 a week is nothing.’
