Despite the desperate attempts to encourage him out of the corner by his owner, the canine remains motionless and looks on helplessly at the camera.

Following the incident, Ms Bhattaram said: ‘Burfee did not know how to manoeuvre himself with this cone.

‘Although the cone was flexible, Burfee could not figure out a way to move with it.

‘I wanted to help him but at the same time it was hilarious to watch him become a statue.

‘He had plenty of room to move around, but just wouldn’t.’

During the clip, Burfee’s owner tells the dog: ‘You can move. Burfee you can move. Come. ‘

Despite being reassured that he is free to move, the dog remains motionless and Ms Bhattaram asks: ‘What are you doing there?’
