Holly Willoughby has traded in her gas guzzling Mercedes G-Wagon for a new eco-friendly Electric Mercedes EQC.

The This Morning presenter, 39, was spotted climbing into her shiny new motor, worth a cool £65,000, while she ran errands during a day off from presenting duties on Saturday.

And the star cut a casual figure for her low-key outing in South West London, wrapped up warm in a hooded padded black jacket.

Holly teamed her outerwear, which was emblazoned with the word ‘Love’ on the back with simple black leggings and monochrome trainers.

She wore a grey T-shirt beneath a jacket and carried her essentials in a slouchy taupe handbag.

The Dancing On Ice opted for a make-up free visage for the day, while her blonde tresses were left to hang loosely.

Holly appeared distracted by her mobile phone as she walked before climbing into her more environmentally friendly car.

The car is a far cry from her previous motor, which she acquired last year, which was worth a whopping £143,370.00.

Holly has previously expressed her environmental fears during a discussion on This Morning last month, when she told how her three children are terrified of climate change amid the recent Australian bush fires.

The presenter told activists Pippa Best and Ellie Smith as well as Dr. Patrick Kennedy-Williams: ‘I’ve got my three children and they watch Newsround, it’s something that’s part of school, they watch it.

‘They come home and more recently I notice that they talk about it a lot. We’ve always been quite environmental in our home, as much as we can.

‘But they’re talking about it in a different way now, the same as what you’ve seen with the bush fires, all sorts of things. And they do worry about it.’

The blonde beauty continued: ‘Their questioning has changed, actually it’s become quite fearful and I’m wondering as a parent, how do we deal with that? Because it’s not just affecting adults, it is affecting our children too.’

Meanwhile, Holly’s casual look on Saturday was in contrast to her showstopping attire on Sunday’s Dancing On Ice semi-final.

She wowed in a plunging glitter and tulle champagne dress as she fronted the show alongside Phillip Schofield.

The billowing gown featured a deep v-neck cut, which allowed the star to showcase plenty of cleavage and décolletage, while her toned arms were also on display.

Holly’s dress, by bridal designer Lihi Hod, also included intricate embellished flower motifs on the top, while the lower half featured panels of glitter and tulle material in the metallic hue.

The This Morning host swept her tresses into an elegant up do’, while her features were enhanced with a rosy palette of make-up.
