Matty and Sarah’s new home has three bedrooms, one bathroom and a huge garden.

The 1960’s built one-storey property features dark laminate flooring throughout, making it perfect for any accidents from their much-loved bulldog, Bane.

Before making the move to the leafy suburb, makeup artist Sarah and communications director Matty lived in a smaller apartment closer to the city.

The couple, who married in January 2018, have wasted no time renovating the place.

As they self-isolate during the coronavirus pandemic, the first major home improvement they made was replacing the dated metal horizontal blinds with white plantation shutters.

‘We are so bloody happy to be able to still do some renovating during this pandemic and are in love with the final product,’ said Matty, thanking company Shutters Dept.
