Inter Milan are through to the Coppa Italia semi-finals thanks to a stunning injury-time free-kick by Christian Eriksen.

Eriksen stepped up in the 96th minute to curl home into the top corner to complete a comeback victory for Inter against their bitter rivals AC Milan

It was an ill-tempered affair that saw Zlatan Ibrahimovic sent off for AC – in what was the turning point of the match.

The Swede had initially put his side ahead in the first half but his dismissal after the break saw Inter pile on the pressure – and they equalised through a Romelu Lukaku penalty on 71 minutes before Eriksen’s stunner.
