Jackie ‘O’ Henderson lists $6.5million Vaucluse mansion for sale

KIIS FM star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has listed her Vaucluse mansion for sale. 

After purchasing the five bedroom property for $2.7million in 2012, it now has a price guide of $6.5million, according to Realestate.com.au. 

The 45-year-old moved out of the house in 2018, following her split from husband Lee Henderson, who is thought to have continued living there ever since.

It is unclear why Jackie is only now listing the house for sale, after spending the past year living in a Bondi rental, as the couple co-parent daughter Kitty, nine. 

The Vaucluse house boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms and white picket fences.

Jackie and Lee transformed the interior during their years living there, with oak flooring and marble worktops running throughout the open plan design. 

The lounge is lined with french doors which open out onto a perfectly maintained lawn, huge swimming pool and cosy cabana. 

The master bedroom has views of Sydney Harbour, an en-suite and dressing room.

There is also a pull down loft space, elegant formal lounge and dining room with a high ornate ceiling.  It is expected to go to auction on March 31. 

After announcing her amicable split from husband Lee in 2018, Jackie revealed why she let the photographer stay in the property with daughter Kitty.

‘I remain close to the family home and we made that decision to ensure our daughter’s routine stays the same,’ she told The Daily Telegraph.

As Jackie rises for her breakfast radio show at 3:30am, Lee does the school drop-offs in the morning, with the host usually then picking Kitty up in the afternoon.  

Jackie and Lee spent 18 years together before announcing their break-up.
