Jamie Lee Curtis takes a barefoot stroll in Los Angeles… ahead of live Dirty Dancing screening

Two-time Golden Globe winner Jamie Lee Curtis took a barefoot stroll near her Los Angeles home on Wednesday.

The 61-year-old daughter of Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis had a dish cloth draped over her shoulder as well as a cell phone lanyard, but she was not wearing a CDC-recommended COVID-19 face mask.

Los Angeles County’s stay-at-home order was extended through May 15 due to the 17,537 confirmed coronavirus cases in LA, which has led to 797 deaths as of Wednesday – according to Johns Hopkins University.

The Knives Out star has been in quarantine with her British Baron husband of 35 years – mockumentary filmmaker Christopher Guest – with whom she adopted daughter Annie, 34; and son Thomas, 24.

On Thursday, Jamie asked her 3.4M social media followers to join her for Lionsgate Live’s virtual screening of Dirty Dancing streaming this Friday on YouTube.

Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey also asked her fans to text her questions ahead of the live screening where she’ll ‘show memorabilia from the movie and chat and tell stories.’
