Jenna Dewan floats in a bath and covers her bump in lace for breathtaking maternity photos

Jenna Dewan is just weeks away from welcoming her second child. 

And she seems to be enjoying the finals days of pregnancy as she commemorated the special time with a beautiful maternity shoot by photographer Elizabeth Messina.

The 39-year-old actress took to Instagram on Friday to show her nearly 6 million followers the photos.  

In one of the the photos she lays on her side in a milky water bath. 

Her hair floats behind her and her bump is partly covered by a sheer, lace designed cover up.  

‘When the divine and magical @elizabethmessina comes over and captures one of the most magical times in your life,’ she wrote. 

In another, the Step Up star stands in an empty room against white walls and a light wood floor. 

She uses one hand to cover her chest as she is seemingly naked beneath a different white lace cover up that flows into a small train. 

Dewan also shared photos to her story with boyfriend Steve Kazee touching her growing bump. 

The photos come on the same day Netflix announced her show Soundtrack would be cancelled after just one season. 

She starred as a former dancer who worked as a social worker, as she navigated the Los Angeles dance scene.

Just days ago she revealed she hasn’t ruled out having more children. 

Dewan is already mother to daughter Everly, six, who she shares with ex-husband Channing Tatum. 

‘This time around, people are asking me, “Are you done?” Every time I go to say, “I’m done,”‘ she explained on the He Said, Ella Dijo podcast. ‘I can’t say it, so it’s very interesting to me.’

Elaborating the Step Up star said she had to reflect ‘Am I going to have another kid? I don’t know, I’ll leave it up to the universe.’

Channing and Jenna announced their split in April 2018 after nine years of marriage; the couple finalised their divorce in November 2019.

Last week, it was reported that Jenna and her ex-husband had reached a custody agreement over their daughter, Everly.

According to The Blast, the couple agreed to a ’50/50 custody’ arrangement, and will not use her in paid social media ads, without each other’s approval.

The duo have been ‘legally single’ since last November, according to People.

That same month, Channing had sought a judge to help the two come up with a ‘custody schedule.’

‘Due to our constantly changing work schedules, we have had conflicts over adjustments to our schedules to ensure both parties are able to have equal time with our daughter, Everly.’  

Jenna started dating actor Steve in October 2018 and the couple announced they were expecting their first child together in September 2019.

The actress recently praised her partner for how ‘nurturing’ and ‘supportive’ he has been throughout her pregnancy.
