Jennifer Garner’s daughter Violet, 14, is nearly as tall as her during nail salon pamper session

Violet Affleck experienced a growth spurt, which made her nearly the same height (5ft8in) as her famous mother Jennifer Garner as they bonded in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood on Wednesday.

The Texan-born, West Virginia-raised 47-year-old held hands with the 14-year-old Carlthorp School student as they headed inside a nail salon for a relaxing mother-daughter pamper session.

Both Violet and Jennifer wore flip-flops for their pedicures and they coordinated in matching grey T-shirts and blue jeans.  

It’s not surprising Garner’s privileged princess would grow taller thanks to her 6ft4in father Ben Affleck, who’s very jealous of her Spanish language skills.

‘[Violet] is like, “That sounds ridiculous. You’re not using the perfect tense,”‘ the Berkeley-born, Boston-raised 47-year-old recalled on the March 4th episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.

‘She’s right at the point where I think she might be passing me. I was like, “Nope. This is not happening. I don’t mind that I can’t do your math homework when you’re 14 years old, but you are not going to be better at Spanish than me!” So I’ve decided now I gotta take classes; I gotta do something to keep up.’

Before the Alias alum hung out with Violet, she donned brown shearling bedroom slippers to grab her morning coffee to-go in Brentwood.  

Jennifer wore black-frame glasses over her make-up free complexion and she scraped her damp brunette locks into a ponytail.

Garner was joined on her coffee run by a similarly-clad gal pal sporting a messy top-bun.

The former Daredevil castmates – whose divorce was finalized in October 2018 – are also parents to 11-year-old daughter Seraphina and eight-year-old son Samuel.

The Tightrope narrator’ ex-husband #2 was pictured kissing his Deep Water onscreen wife Ana de Armas while romantically strolling in the Costa Rican surf together on Tuesday.  

The two-time Oscar-winning filmmaker obviously fell for the Cuban 31-year-old while playing a married couple on the New Orleans set of director Adrian Lyne’s erotic thriller, which hits US/UK theaters November 13.

As for Jennifer, she’s been quietly dating Cali Group chairman John Miller since May 2018, but the coy couple haven’t been pictured on a date since September 20.

Since November 18, Garner has been hard at work on the Los Angeles set of Netflix comedy, Yes Day, alongside onscreen daughter Katie (Jenna Ortega).  

‘Shooting Yes Day at Six Flags Magic Mountain is a dream come true,’ the Llama Llama actress – who boasts 10.6M Instagram/Facebook followers – joked on January 15.

‘Unless you hate roller coasters. I cried.’

Jennifer produces and stars as married mother-of-three Allison Torres in Miguel Arteta’s adaptation of Amy Krouse Rosenthal’s 2009 children’s book.
