Officials have finally confirmed that Tuesday’s Jersey City shooting was an act of domestic terror against the Jewish community.

At a press conference on Thursday, several officials including the state’s Attorney General confirmed that shooters Francine Graham, 50, and David Anderson, 47, were motivated by anti-Semitic and anti-police beliefs.

The pair slaughtered three innocent people including two Orthodox Jews and a Jersey City police detective on Tuesday before being killed in a shoot-out.

‘We’re investigating this as potential acts of domestic terrorism fueled by anti-Semitism and anti-police beliefs,’ Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said.

Officials also revealed the weapons that were found at the scene and in their U-Haul van; an AR-15 style rifle, a 12-gauge shotgun, a 9 mm Ruger, 9 mm Glock and a .22 which had a homemade silencer attached to it.

It is unclear if the guns were legally owned or not.

The pair had a ‘tremendous’ amount of firepower and ammunition, the officials said.

Graham and Anderson are believed to have acted on their own. It was previously reported that the pair had at one time been romantic.

Attorney General Grewal added that both Anderson and Graham had expressed interest in the Black Hebrew Israelites, a controversial religious group who believe they are the descendants of ancient Israelites.

The pair also had a live pipe bomb in the vehicle.

As officials carried on with their investigations on Thursday, harrowing new footage from a surveillance camera mounted at the store entrance emerged.

It showed Anderson approaching the store first, with his AR-15 ‘style’ gun in his hand, pointing at the store.

He fired several shots inside before he even made it to the storefront.

Graham hurried behind him carrying a 12-gauge shotgun. She appeared to be wearing a beanie hat and was less confident than her former lover.

Police believe the three people they killed in the store died almost immediately after they arrived.

They are Leah Mindel Ferencz, 33, Moshe Hirsch Deutsch, 24, and Miguel Douglas.

The other guns – a 9 mm Ruger, 9 mm Glock and a .22 rifle – were in the U-Haul along with the pipe bomb, more ammunition and a note which had ‘I do this because my creator makes me do this, and I hate who he hates’ written on it.

Officials would not comment on the murder of Michael Rumberger, 34, who was found stuffed in the trunk of his car on December 7.
