Joe left his wife Rosie and their two children Indie, two and Marley, three months, at home but his phone was never far away.

He teamed his loose shorts and sliders combo with a green parka and tied his curly locks back.

Joe revealed this week that he has earned more than £80k in revenue from the videos in the last week alone and he’ll be donating it all to the NHS.

Joe said his videos have hit 22million views in the past week and exercise has been helping him to combat feelings of anxiety while in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic.

He told Good Morning Britain on Wednesday: ‘I’ve done UK tours, schools. I’ve done YouTube live workouts, I thought why not do it again? I was supposed to be on another tour.

‘We’ve had 22 million views, it’s been unbelievable. I’ve reached millions of families and kids.’

Talking about donating the money from ad revenue to the NHS, he said: ‘I saw the views and its unprecedented. YouTube is a massive part of my business, I saw the numbers [ad revenue] and was blown away. That is going to the NHS.

‘In the past week alone, the ad is almost at £80k ($100,000 US dollars). Every penny, all of that money is going to the NHS. The more we do it, the more we raise, I’m so proud of that.’

Joe also admitted that he too has been suffering from low moods but said exercise has been helping.

He said: ‘It was the first day yesterday, I had a lack of sleep and was doing interviews at midnight for Australia and doing interviews here at 7am.

‘I was pulled in different directions. I’m not superhuman, I have days where I wake up feeling low and flat but I always use exercise.

‘It doesn’t matter if your fit or not fit, you’ll get your heart pumping and walk away in a better mood.’

Encouraging family workouts, he urged Piers to get involved.

He said: ‘There’s parents and family’s getting up for the first time exercising together. It’s not a separate thing mummy and daddy do at the gym, it’s something we do together.’
