Kebab house customer bares her breasts, spits at staff

A kebab shop owner was subjected to a tirade of racist abuse and spat on by a woman who bared her breasts at him while falsaccusing him of rape. 

The woman, 33, entered the Kebabish restaurant in Falkirk shortly before midnight on Tuesday, July 21, where she allegedly became abusive to the staff and caused £7,000-worth of damage to the store. 

During her tirade, she grabbed one staff member’s t-shirt and appeared to spit at the workers. 

She then exposed her breasts at the workers, who were filming the incident, before she fell over on the floor. 

The woman left the restaurant before police arrived, however she was later arrested and charged in connection with the incident. 

She appeared before Falkirk Sheriff’s Court the following day where she pleaded guilty to assault, vandalism, threatening and abusive behaviour and breach of bail conditions. 

The case was adjourned for sentencing next month.  

Owner Zoheib Arshad said he was shocked by the incident. 

He told The Scotsman: ‘She threw her takeaway that we made for her all over the place, then spat in our faces and shouted racist remarks and accused me of rape, it was horrific.

‘This woman then broke our till that we take orders from and smashed our display fridge into thousands of pieces on the floor which cost us somewhere between £4,000 and £5,000. 

‘We have been here as a family business for 12 years and never ever had such an aggressive customer like this before, to the point where we had to call the police. 

Mr Arshad said the woman was on the phone outside his shop while he was preparing her food. Following the conversation she became aggressive to Mr Arshad and his staff.
