Krispy Kreme doughnuts for just $1 each – but you’ll have to be quick 

Krispy Kreme Australia is selling its iconic original glazed doughnuts for $1 each – but you’ll have to be quick.

For one day only, foodies can purchase a dozen of the delicious signature treats for $12, normally retailed at $19.95 a box.

The offer is redeemable on Friday, April 12, in-stores across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, while stocks last.

The one-day offer ends at closing times, so it’s best to check the trading hours of your nearest store. For stores with 24-hour Drive-Thru, the offer will end at midnight.

The discount is not available in South Australia, Northern Territory, 7-Eleven, BP Travel Centres, Jesters Pies or at any other wholesale locations.

Australia is the first country outside of the US to make the iconic original glazed doughnuts, which was created from a recipe dating back to the 1930s.

‘We’re proud that Krispy Kreme doughnuts are made daily and so you’ll always know when we’re serving fresh and hot off the line, just look for the ‘Hot Now’ light,’ it said.

‘With exciting new doughnut flavours always on the horizon, as well as fantastic new treats, like our new baked delights, anything is possible.’

So if you haven’t had an original glazed, you need to try one.

The $12 dozen offer is only available on Friday, April 12.
