The Loop host, 28, flaunted her washboard abs in a longsleeve crop top and red bikini bottoms while catching waves.
The surf must have been ideal because Liv couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she strolled out of the ocean with her board.

Liv is known for her love of the outdoors, and is a fan of surfing in particular.
She previously told Husskie: ‘I’m in the water twice a day and I love surfing (although I’m not very good at it), yoga… I cram a million different things into my day.’
Liv was previously in an on-again-off-again relationship with I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! host Dr Chris Brown.
