Jurgen Klopp‘s men are now four points off the Blues in the race for a top four spot and failure to beat a Fulham side in the relegation zone will make it increasingly likely that they will miss out on a place in Europe’s elite competition next season.
Scott Parker’s side looked nailed on to return to the Championship next term after a woeful start to the campaign, but his team have since started a fightback and were unlucky to lose 1-0 to Spurs on Thursday after having a goal harshly ruled out.
