Loose Women‘s Kaye Adams was left reeling on Friday afternoon when the show descended into chaos following a production gaffe ‘live on air’.
The TV presenter, 57, thought she was presenting a promotional segment for the show when the epic blunder occurred, leaving her shouting ‘what the f***!’.
However it was actually all down to prankster Nadia Sawalha who plotted to play the joke on her co-host along with her fellow panellists.

Kaye revealed: ‘They all pulled this ultimate prank on me earlier. Take a look at this – this is me genuinely thinking that I am doing a live promo to This Morning while all chaos is going on.’
Kaye attempted to introduce what was lined up on the day’s show, but the screen flashed to a image of hosts Christine Lampard and Nadia joking around.
On the other side of the split screen were the words from Kaye’s auto cue as well as a sneak peek at Nadia, Linda Robson and Brenda Edwards backstage.
Despite the seemingly malfunctioning autocue and the strange camera angles flashing up on screen, Kaye pressed on like a true professional.

Kaye continued: ‘We’ve got a few gremlins in! I do apologise. And as Stacey said yesterday…’, before the screen went black and a fart noise sounded.
The shocked presenter then added: ‘She didn’t say that!’
Kaye attempted to round off the disastrous section of the show by saying: ‘Probably not all that but lots of great stuff at 12.30!’

Despite holding her nerve throughout the gaffe-filled section of the show, Kaye let her reaction show when she blurted out off-camera:
‘And the official television reaction to that is ‘what the f***?’ ‘I have no idea what went out on television but it wasn’t good!’
Moments later Nadia jumped out and announced: ‘You just got pranked!’
