The first-ever winter Love Islanders were unveiled on Monday evening, and while their upcoming stints will be their first foray into stardom, it seems that many of the hopefuls are already on track to make a fortune.

Set to follow in the footsteps of rich ex-contestants Amber Gill, Dani Dyer and Olivia Buckland, Lewis Capaldi’s ex and singer Paige Turley already boasts a whopping 26,1000 followers on Instagram ahead of the series’ launch on Sunday.

Twin VIP hostesses’ Eve and Jess Gale are also followed by a whopping 27,000 users between them – seemingly garnered by their racy images on their social media platforms – as they lead this year’s most glamorous line-up ever, alongside the likes of Rochelle Humes’s younger sister, an aristocrat and even a naked butler.

With her followers set to sky-rocket in the coming days, Britain’s Got Talent 2012 contestant Paige, 22, is not only linked to the celebrity circle through her famous ex, but also commands attention with her sizzling social media snaps.

The West Lothian-based beauty often displays her enviably-toned figure in a series of racy ensembles during fun-filled beach holidays and girls’ nights out.  

She was only 14 when she thrilled the BGT judges, including Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell, in 2012 with her moving performance of Birdy’s Skinny Love.

Double trouble Eve and Jess, 20, have appeared to take inspiration from last year’s Iranian bombshell Anna Vakili and her younger sister Mandi by uploading head-turning photos in near-identical outfits.

On their encounter, Eve shared: ‘Kylie Jenner’s ex messaged me. We were both at an event and I posted an Instagram story tagging him. He then messaged me afterwards and we spoke on WhatsApp. Then when me and Jess were in Ibiza, he was there again. He asked me to meet him but we arrived the day he left.’ 

As a heir to the stunning 2,000 acre Lanhydrock estate in Cornwall – home to Lanhydrock House – it’s no surprise Ollie Williams, 23, has a social media following of nearly 10,000.

The ‘alpha male’ is not afraid of stripping down to his underwear to showcase his incredibly toned physique, and often posts snaps from his fun-filled nights out with his pals.

Socialite Ollie studied a Bachelor of Science degree in criminology at Royal Holloway University in London and currently works as a junior estate manager at Lanhydrock.

Bagging brains and beauty, London-based democratic services officer Shaughna Phillips, 25, could expect to secure beauty deals, fashion collections and even a make-up line – if her Instagram is anything to go by.

The blonde’s 6,400 following will increase once she hits screens, where she has promised to show off her ‘fun’ but ‘bossy’ side. 

On her easy-going personality, the blonde shares: ‘I’m chatty, funny and clever – people won’t expect it from me. When they hear me speak about certain things they’ll be shocked. I like to get on with everyone, too’ 

Former beautician Amber – who was crowned the winner of last year’s edition alongside her then-beau, rugby player Greg O’Shea – became a millionaire just six weeks after the series ended as she bagged £1million for Miss Pap clothing collection.

The Geordie beauty, 22, and the Irish hunk, 24, became the fastest ever show winners to part ways after he dumped her by text in early September. 

Love Island 2016 runners-up Olivia and Alex Bowen were named the richest stars from the show after amassing a huge £4.2million fortune collectively. 

In estimates from heat magazine’s Rich List 2019, it was claimed the married couple, aged 25 and 28 respectively, have made the most money from the show due to a host of collaborations with clothing brands, TV deals and work with beauty lines. 

The magazine has now published a rich list for nine years and with the help of company accounts, endorsement deals and TV contracts, the wealth of under-30 entertainers who are residents in the UK are estimated. 

Love Island 2018 winner Dani reportedly earned £1.7million since leaving the show after winning £50,000 with ex boyfriend Jack Fincham.

The daughter of Danny Dyer is thought to have bagged a six-figure contract to be the face of Mark Hill, according to the publication.

She also collaborated with In The Style to release a fashion range – thought to have earned her a staggering £750,000.

Amber Davies found fame on series three of Love Island when she won £50,000 alongside Kem Cetinay. Despite parting ways with the Essex lad shortly after leaving the show, Amber has paved her way to a small fortune as she took to the WestEnd stage. She is reported to have made £1.6million.  

With more Islanders set to be added after the show debuts on Sunday, Love Island’s winter edition is sure to keep fans warm during the long nights ahead. 

The latest batch of hopefuls are set to be protected by armed guards, as the show’s bosses parry kidnap concerns in South Africa.

The singletons will live in a luxurious £5.3million villa in Cape Town, one of the world’s most dangerous cities, for six weeks. 

As well as TV crews being given training on dealing with any potential security, breach guards will be on constant watch. 

Laura Whitmore will host the series as Caroline Flack stands down after being charged with assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton, 27. The Irish presenter joins forces with her boyfriend and the show’s voiceover artist, Iain Stirling.
