A makeup artists has gained a legion of social media followers for her clever makeup hacks, including how to contour your nose using cutlery.
Posting on TikTok under the handle @elliemakeupartist, Ellie Trimarchi from Sydney, demonstrated how she uses a fork to apply the perfect amount of foundation and concealer to her nose.
The hack which gives the illusion of a slimmer nose caught the attention of three million viewers, quickly racking up over 444,000 likes.
One impressed user wrote: ‘This is cool and hard to do it the wrong way.’

Ellie revealed she was inspired to post the tutorial after being asked by a follower if it’s possible to contour using a fork
Ellie began the clip by placing the prongs of a fork on the centre of her nose.
She then proceeded to use a brush to apply a dark foundation between the two outer spaces of the fork.
To achieve definition on the bridge of her nose, the TikTok user then used a light coloured concealer in the centre space of the fork.
Having equally applied the products between the prongs of the fork, Ellie removed the cutlery and began using a brush to blend the shades together.

The social media user who boasts over 240,000 followers, has shared previous hacks for applying makeup and even a clip transforming herself into Tiger King’s Joe Exotic.
