‘NO ONE in this team deserves to play… my advice is to buy a PlayStation!’: Man United fans urged to switch off by Patrice Evra after first-half collapse against Spurs… as he tells Eric Bailly ‘not to cry’ when left out of line-up

  • A 10-man Manchester United were down 4-1 to Spurs on Sunday at half-time
  • Anthony Martial’s red-card saw United instantly collapse at Old Trafford
  • United’s defence crumbled and Eric Bailly was at the heart of the calamities
  • Former United star Patrice Evra tore into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men at half-time

A disgusted Patrice Evra slammed Manchester United  on Sunday after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s 10-men buckled against Spurs, going in 4-1 down at half-time.

The collapse was both embarrassing and historic, with United never before having conceded four goals in the first-half of a Premier League game.

Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Kane and a Son Heung-Min double saw United trudging back to the dressing room already defeated, with Jose Mourinho revelling in the rout over his old club.

‘I don’t even want to comment on this game. It’s a catastrophe, as we say in France,’ former United left-back Patrice Evra said on Sky Sports.

‘My advice to any fan now is to buy a playstation, buy a player like Sancho or even Messi and start playing because this is a disaster.

‘Bailly gets the chance to play instead of Victor Lindelof and he makes that mistake. So don’t cry when you don’t play.

‘I’m devastated, and I’m a positive person. Right now I understand the pain of all United fans, no one of this team deserve to play right now.’
