The youngster giggled with joy as his mother smiled for the camera, wearing just her bikini bottoms and a pair of shades to protect against the Indian Ocean sun.
‘We are in the sea…in the shade, because we have a brolly.’ she said in a clip from her story as Simon provided cover for the trio with an umbrella as he floated alongside them in the water.

Styling her wet brunette locks into a sweptback hairdo, Myleene added a pair of oversized pink sunglasses as she captioned the photo with: ‘Apollo’s first dip #maldives @seven.icons @outriggermaldives.’
While later in the day Myleene took to her Instagram stories to share several clips of herself and her daughters Ava and Hero volunteering for a beach clean up.

In the fun picture, a bikini-clad Myleene wore a silver sparkly crown while Ava, Hero and Simon wore Santa hats with Apollo sweetly wearing a sparkly Reindeer headband.
The mother-of-three also shared a separate picture of herself with Apollo as they posed next to a wooden Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer statue on the beach.
Clearly feeling reflective and sentimental, Myleene penned alongside the snap: ‘Merry Xmas to you and your loved ones. I still cannot believe I have Apollo in my arms and this is what my family now looks like this Christmas.

Apollo was both Myleene and Simon’s third child, but their first as a couple.
Myleene has two daughters, Ava, 12, and Hero, eight, from her marriage to ex-husband Graham Quinn, 45, while Simon has a son and a daughter from his previous marriage, who are the same age as Myleene’s girls.
