The lunch was started by Bebe Rexha in 2018 after she realised that there were very few events in the music business that got the women from the industry together.

She told Music Choice: ‘I want to create this space where we all celebrate each other and we are just trying to uplift each other and make room for any other female creatives who want to come into the industry.’

Natasha opted for an ankle length polka-dot dress with a matching knotted headband combined with a lace-up white pointed boot.

Bold colours were the order of the day with Leave singer JoJo opting for a bright yellow high-waisted leather skirt and blazer co-ord while Jordin Sparks wore a sequined animal print blazer.

The creator of the event Bebe Rexha – whose real name is Bleta Rexha – wore a royal blue blazer-style dress with embellishment on the lapel.

During the event, Bebe Rexha gave a welcome speech before U.S. country music act Kelsea Ballerini sang a set.

The event seemed to go without a hitch with many smiles seen across the faces of the 150 plus guests who turned out to be involved in the ground breaking gathering.

The event in Natasha’s home town meant she didn’t have to travel far from her young son, who was recently hospitalised with a brain infection.

She shared an update on her son Solomon, 23-months, after he underwent surgery for a brain infection last month.

The singer, 38, revealed that the youngster is doing ‘really well’ and that doctors are ‘very positive’.
