Reese Witherspoon, 43, shares sweet family snaps of family

Reese Witherspoon shared a sweet snap with her relatives as she celebrated Christmas with her loved ones.

Posing with her lookalike daughter Ava, 20, and mother Betty, as well as her nieces, the 43-year-old actress proved the family resemblance was strong.

She captioned the family portrait: ‘Merry Christmas from the Witherspoon ladies!’

Reese also posted an adorable picture of Ava and her 16-year-old son Deacon – who she shares with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe – with her youngest child Tennessee, seven, whose father is her husband Jim Toth.

‘Sending Love from our family to yours! Happy Holidays!’, the Legally Blonde star enthused.

The rom com queen also uploaded a number of festive snaps of her canine companions as they enjoyed a quiet family Christmas.

The 43-year-old blonde beauty – who is starring on The Morning Show with Jennifer Aniston – looked glammed up as she was next to the 20-year-old college student.

The pair looked more like sisters than mother and daughter as the actress said, ‘Girls night out with my favorite daughter! (ok she’s my only daughter but still).’

Ava’s dad is Ryan Phillippe, whom Reese was married to from 1999 until 2007. They also co-starred in the movie Cruel Intentions.

The day before, Reese talked about her Christmas favorites in a new video.

The looker was sitting in her back yard listening to Christmas music alongside her new puppy Lou, who is having his very first Christmas.

In the clip, the Oscar-winner said she loves Hark The Herald Angels Sing and is very into Christmas cards.

The Big Little Lies star was in a Chritmas sweater and holding a cup of hot cocoa as she pet Lou.

Lou was not into the clip as she played around and started chewing on the furniture.

‘Hot choclate, dogs, what’s better than that?’ she began.

‘My favoite part of Christmas is probably Christmas cards, I like to see the kids and how they grow up. I always do a picture card every year.’

She is then asked what her favorite Christmas carol is.

Reese points out she is listening to Christmas music, which can be heard in the background.

‘Which is my favorite you ask? Hark The Harold Angels sing is a good one. I like Away In A Manger. You know, I like a Jingle Bell Rock! It’s a good one. Solid.’

The wife of talent agent Jim Toth then says she likes to make cookies and gingerbread cookies for her friends.

She also said that gingerbread-making house kits is a great gift idea.

Her go-to winter look is ‘a sweater with a Christmas detail, warm coats, good sturdy boots’ and a ‘classic Christmas plaid, which makes me happy.’

She added, ‘It just puts me in a Christmas mood.

Last week she shared a sweet photo with The Morning Show co-star, Jennifer Aniston.

The 43-year-old took to Instagram to post a loving tribute to Aniston and the rest of the cast and crew of the Apple TV+ series on Friday morning.

Witherspoon’s post came about after the show’s season one finale hit the streaming service Friday.

The Southern belle gave fans of The Morning Show a behind-the-scenes look with the throwback photo of herself and Aniston.

Though the pair play rivals on the series, they looked like the epitome of gal pals while sharing an emotional hug on the final day of shooting.

‘There are not enough hugs, heart emojis or words to express how much I cherish working with [Jennifer Aniston],’ proclaimed the Big Little Lies star.

Witherspoon continued: ‘She is one of the hardest working people I know. To all the writers, producers, camera operators, assistants, actors, set & costume designers…. THANK YOU!’

The Legally Blonde actress expressed how much work and collaboration it took to ‘bring [the] show to life.’
